Hello everyone my name is Robert miller i am 27 years old and this is my first online class and first semester at bunker hill. Before i was a student i worked full time doing construction for the past 12 years. when in the field i did everything from painting to pipe fitting. When i graduated high school i joined the U.S. Coast Guard where i served four years on a 270 foot cutter traveling up and down the east coast.The mission of the boat i was on was search and rescue,fishery patrols,and drug interdiction. I traveled up to St John Canada and as far down as the Florida keys stopping at many ports in between. When i joined the military i gave up my favorite hobby which was skateboarding. i was sponsored by a few different companies getting free cloths, shoes and skateboards. I won a few competitions when i was at my prime and hope to soon get back into it now that i am a student and not working 40 plus hours.
In my spare time i enjoy fishing and playing pool. I play on two different teams and 8ball and 9ball in the Medford area and in the Boston area as well. I fish in Boston harbor, as well as the mystic river. in the ocean i fish for stripers and the biggest one i have caught was 33 inches long and 19 lbs.
My goal is to complete college with a degree in biomedical engineering and work out in the medical field. Once i find a job i would like to pursue my education and hopefully get a bachelors degree sometime down the road. This i feel is my best decision getting an education and i am going to try my hardest to succeed.

I like the pictures that you posted. Try to position them so that no text is compromised. For instance, the two pics at the top pinch the text into the middle. Try to use space to organize your blog. This will come with experience.
Also, be sure to capitalize all proper nouns (names, places, etc.). Always capitalize the word "I".
I think that you're going to do great in this class. If you stick to the format, you will do well.
